Spellbound by Alfred Hitcock with a scene designed by Salvador Dali
In 1945 Alfred Hitchcock needed help with a dream sequence for his new film Spellbound starring Gregory Peck and Ingrid Bergman.
The film was said to be the highest grossing film of that year. a large part of the credit for it's success went to Salvador Dali for his design of the iconic dream sequnce.
This scene was featured in a recent Dali Museum exhibit that explored Dali's many contributions to Hollywood and the independent film world.
